IT support specialist with years of frontline operations behind me and a habit of turning messy workflows into systems that run themselves. I troubleshoot calmly, document obsessively, and ship practical tools — including Vectoral Labs, my DFW tech & automation service, and Steady Systems, a growing line of productivity and study templates.
operations floor → help desk → builder's bench
I came up through high-volume operations — leading teams, training new hires, and keeping 24/7 logistics moving — and found that the part I loved was the systems: the ticketing logic, the troubleshooting, the documentation that saves the next person an hour. I retrained through Per Scholas' IT Support track (CompTIA A+ and Google IT Support aligned) and now split my time between the help-desk career path and building Steady Systems, where the workflows I use daily become templates anyone can buy and run.
